You can check the date\/time of your session on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitallyengagedlearning.net\/2023\/del-2023-schedule\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"594\">Conference Schedule<\/a>. If you&#8217;re presenting online, double check the time zone converter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also sent you a diary\/calendar invitation from the email <a href=\"mailto:delconference@arts.ac.uk\">delconference@arts.ac.uk<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Register for the conference.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitallyengagedlearning.net\/2023\/registration-del-hubs\/\">register for the conference<\/a>. We hope to see you on both days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inform us if you are intending to present at a Hub.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please ensure you complete the paid registration for the London or New York hub and email us at <a href=\"mailto:delconference@arts.ac.uk\">delconference@arts.ac.uk<\/a> to let us know. Then we can ensure that you have the right support on the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Familiarize yourself with Zoom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference will be delivered on Zoom. If you are unfamiliar with using Zoom, please review our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitallyengagedlearning.net\/2023\/zoom-user-guide\/\">Zoom User Guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Check your slides for accessibility.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are using slides to present from, use the following top tips to ensure accessibility:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Use a minimum font size of 23 point.<\/li><li>Use sans-serif fonts like Arial, Calibri, or Helvetica where possible.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/contrastchecker.com\/\">Check the color contrast<\/a> of text against any background colors.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This page provides some things you to do in lead up to your presentation.
